Admissions Online

Welcome to St. Peter Classical School and thank you for your interest.

HOW TO APPLY

We have designed our online application process to make applying as simple as possible. All prospective families apply online because it streamlines communication between parents and the school throughout the admissions process. A non-refundable $50 application fee is required.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

To begin the online application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Feedback will be provided throughout the process to help you complete the application. A yellow caution sign will appear in the left menu next to forms that are missing the required information. If a form contains all required information, a green check mark will appear next to the form’s menu item.

You can review the entire application at any time by selecting the Application Review item on the left menu. From there, you will also be able to print a PDF of the application in its current state.

After you have completed the application, a Submit Application and Make Payment form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the application along with the non-refundable $50 application fee.

You will be able to track your admissions status at the school, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms and completed application. To view your application status, please use your username and password to access your account.

ADMISSIONS DEADLINES - for MARCH 1st DECISIONS

There are a few key dates you will want to keep in mind as you are working through the admissions process.

  • September 1, 2023 - Applications open for the 2024-2025 school year
  • November 8, 2023 - Preview Night
  • February 2, 2024 - Admissions application, supplemental checklist items, and financial aid application deadline for March 1st consideration
  • March 1, 2024 - Admissions decision sent via email
  • March 8, 2024 - Signed enrollment agreement and payments due

We will conduct a second round of decisions on May 3rd for applicants whose files are complete by March 15th. All applications that are submitted after March 15th will be managed on a case-by-case basis.

WAIT POOL

Once a grade level is full, applications will be accepted for that grade’s wait pool, and wait pool applicants will be considered for any open spots that become available. Please note our wait pool is not a numbered waiting list. If an opening becomes available, the admissions committee selects the most appropriate candidate from the wait pool.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

St. Peter's is committed to providing need-based financial assistance for those who would otherwise be unable to benefit from a classical Christian education. Applications for financial assistance are processed by a third party, FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. These applications are processed concurrently with admission applications, and all financial information is kept strictly confidential. Admission decisions at St. Peter's are made on a need-blind basis and are not impacted by any request for financial assistance.

DECISIONS

After the application process is complete, the Admissions Committee will review all applicants and render decisions. Parents will be notified by email, and if an offer is made, an enrollment agreement will be sent. The signed agreement, new student fee, and a down payment on tuition (TBD) are due within 1 week.
